This is Jane; a V-necked, loose-fitting dress. 

The design for this piece of Vastra allows for your little ladies to grow into for a while longer. You can wear it with a tunic inside to start with as it may be baggy. Subsequently, you can then wear it on its own and later on as an A-lined top.
